We will be holding an Ecology project to cleanup the Wissahickon Creek on Saturday, April 24, 2021. Prior to event, participants must submit an electronic Wissahickon Trail waiver at https://interland3.donorperfect.net/weblink/weblink.aspx?name=wvwa&id=232,

Scouts must be prepared with the following to participate in this project:

• Have a completed COVID-19 questionnaire.
• Come wearing work clothes (long pants strongly recommended)
• Wear appropriate footwear for working in and around the creek (e.g. work boots/sneakers you don’t mind getting muddy)
• Bring a pair of garden/work gloves
• Bring their own water bottle

Logistics

Troop will meet at 8:45am at Wissahickon Creek – Section 15. We will be working between Mathers Rd. and Mt. Pleasant Avenue.

Parking is at dead end at bridge gate behind GSI Pools.

The parking lot handles up to 10 cars so if there is larger turnout, allow extra time to find parking.

COVID-19 Information

As with all current Scouting events, all Adults and Scouts are required to provide a COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire and have their temperature taken during check-in for the event.
