Our Skiing/Snowboarding/Tubing/Waterpark trip will be at Camelback Resort in the Poconos. Parents and siblings are invited to attend. This trip is a day trip. We will meet at Supplee for check-in, and then reassemble at the resort to hand out passes/tickets. We will assemble again at 5:00 PM for a final headcount before heading home. We will not be meeting at Supplee after the trip. Furthermore, families can stay longer at the resort if they wish.

Logistics
8:00 AM – Meet at Supplee, COVID Questionnaires, Temperature Checks
Upon Arrival – Meet near the lodge to distribute tickets/vouchers
8:30 AM – Skiing/Snowboarding opens
10:00 AM – Waterpark opens
5:00 PM – Departure/Check-In

Pricing
Ski/Board ticket – $44 (<= 12 years old), $55 (13+ years old)
Tubing – $60 for 2 hours (noon session reserved)
Rentals – $52 (Skis/boards, boots, poles, helmets)
Aquatopia – $99 ($79 if there are more than 20 attendees)

Payment for these should be sent to Tom, as instructed in Mark’s email.

There is a $10 fee for general parking. Pay this when you arrive, i.e., do not send the parking fee to Tom.

As with all current Scouting events, all Adults and Scouts are required to provide a COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire, as well as have their temperature taken during check-in for the event.

Shuttles are available throughout the resort.
Alternate Rentals – We had a few of our skiers mention Buckman’s Ski Shop in Montgomeryville as a place to rent equipment. They are less expensive than renting at the resort and if you arrive with your equipment, after getting your lift pass, you can head right to the lifts. They only have so much equipment and so rent on a first-come, first-served basis. There might be other ski shops that would offer the same advantages.
