Event Description:

The highlight of our November tent camping trip to Rodney Scout Reservation in Maryland will be our Troop 542 Olympics. Patrols will compete in a variety of events.

First-year Scouts will continue to work on their Tenderfoot requirements and all of us will enjoy the camp’s amenities.

Departure Details:

6:15 PM – Eagle Patrol and Food buyers arrive

6:30 PM – Drivers and Scouts arrive for check-in

7:30PM – Depart Supplee

The $35 fee is due by our October 26 meeting.

Reminders:

• All participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event (Drop off at 6:30 PM, pickup at 11:00 AM).
• All drivers picking up Scouts at the end of the trip MUST CHECK IN WITH STEVE ROBINSON before departing
• All participants must wear a mask and follow social distancing, per Troop 542’s COVID-19 safety policy
• All participants are required to submit a completed COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire at check-in (Download here)
