A 542 crew will backpack in the New Mexico Sangre de Cristo Mountains for the ultimate Scout high adventure experience June 22 to July 6, 2019. Our crew of 12 has already completed five practice hikes and selected a trek that will include some of the most beautiful trails in this country, climbing Baldy Mountain (12,441 feet), spar pole climbing at Pueblano, cowboy action shooting and a chuckwagon dinner at Ponil plus a mine tour at French Henry.
