Our trip to Williamsburg, VA and Annapolis, MD is quickly approaching. Please review the ITINERARY for details on this weekend’s planned activities.  Although all times are still subject to change, this itinerary should give you an idea of the weekend’s schedule. Addresses for the stops are also listed for parents interested.

A few important notes:
-Class A uniforms will be worn Friday night and all day Sunday
-Class B uniforms (Troop t-shirt, scout pants, scout socks, etc) will be worn all day Saturday
-the buses WILL DEPART AT 5:30 pm on Friday night (all participants must arrive by 5 pm to load)
-Scoutbook permission slips are required (printed from the event link below) for all Scouts
-Scouts with medication must bring a Troop authorization form (Click Here)
-Participants must bring a brown bag lunch for Saturday (put in ziploc bag with name to be stored in cooler)
-all other meals and admission tickets are pre-paid (money for snacks or souvenirs may be desired)
-We will be traveling on both a charter bus and the church bus. Scouts will rotate between the two buses.
-Hotel room assignments will be distributed at tomorrow’s meeting. Any needed changes CAN ONLY BE CLEARED THROUGH DAN JOHNSON.

All final payments must be made to Tom Rhodes on Monday night
