Troop 542’s second February trip took place Saturday, February 26. Inclement weather prevented a weekend stay at Camp NoBeBoSco in Harwick, NJ, so the Troop pared down the trip to a daytime adventure at Camelback Ski Resort in Tannersville, PA. Here, Scouts got to choose between two exciting activities: snowboarding or skiing the slopes or swimming at the indoor waterpark. After check-ins and rentals, the two groups split up to participate in their respective activities. At 5 p.m., the Scouts regrouped and ate pizza together. Despite the shortened trip, the Troop was able to fit in five hours of snow or water fun.
