Bring your cinematic creativity to the Troop 542 Movie Making Competition! Each patrol will be working on their scripts, costumes, and acting practice at meetings in January. Movies will be filmed and edited during our January 25 activity. Scouts will meet in the morning to begin filming. Lunch will be provided and filming and editing must be complete by the end of the event that evening. Rules and judging criteria will be shared with the PLC as planning begins.

Both indoor and outdoor filming locations will be available. Patrols are responsible to provide their own filming equipment (including audio capture capability) and editing station (laptop). All equipment must be tested and practiced with in the weeks leading up to the event. Patrol Leaders not able to get the equipment needed should speak with the Scoutmaster for help.
