On Saturday, December 14, 2019, 23 Scouts boarded a train in Fort Washington and headed to Philadelphia for a fun-filled day at The Franklin Institute.

Once there, the Scouts tested their survival smarts at the Worst-Case Scenario: Survival Experience exhibit with a 76,000-ball pit that simulated an avalanche. The Scouts also visited the planetarium and watched the movie “Superpower Dogs” at the IMAX Theater.

The trip ended with a walk to The Reading Terminal for dinner and a train ride back to Fort Washington.
